Elite Academy was founded by senior nursing professionals to address a gap many of us felt first-hand: programmes that prepared graduates for the exam, but not for the ward.
Our curriculum combines evidence-based theory with supervised practice in real clinical environments, taught by faculty who are themselves still working in care.
